Especially during summer, big physical efforts (e.g. at competitions) lead to heavy perspiration which results in high losses of electrolytes. Sluggishness and exhaustion are normal physical reactions, when the lost substances (electrolytes, vitamins and quickly available energy sources) are not replaced immediately. Humavet’s feeding recommendation:
Horse (600 kg): Feed 1 injector after exertion and heavy sweating.
Pony (300 kg): ½ injector.
Offer water ad lib
Per foal (50 – 250 kg): In case of risk of, during periods of, or recovery from digestive disturbance (diarrhoea) according to age and weight: feed ½ to 1 injector per day.
Recommended feeding duration: Horses/ Ponies: 1 – 3 days.
It is recommended that an expert's or a veterinarian's opinion be sought before use or before extending the period of use.
Doping relevance: Currently conform to German ADMR (Stand: 01/ 2012). Please observe the applicable
national anti-doping regulations!
Storage conditions: Keep cool (max. 25°C), free of frost and out of light! No liability in case of improper
