Lotus Cuddle-Bed The leaves of certain plants, e.g. Lotus, always stay clean because dirt cannot adhere to their finely-structured surfaces and is easily washed off by rain. This natural non-stick cleaning process, also known as the self-cleaning effect, is also known as nanotechnology. Nanotechnology-based textiles impregnation is characterised by a high water resistant level, a natural self-cleaning effect and a highly durable function.
The nano impregnated material has also been treated with silver ions. These silver ions have an anti- bacterial, -viral and -mould effect, which are often the cause for the typical “dog smell”, infections and allergies therefore creating a healthier environment for your dog.
Due to the self-cleaning effect, the Lotus Dog beds are highly abrasion resistant and durable; just rinse with water to keep them clean.
The filling is made out of hollow fibres which support the dog, ensuring he has a restful sleep.
