Ultra-Spur is a product containing trace elements which are important for joint functions, bone production and vitality.
Contains:
Minerals: Cacium 1,2 %, Phosphorous 0,6 %, Sodium 0,24 %, Magnesium 0,22 %, Potassium 1,26 %.
Trace elements: (in mg/kg): Iron 3.300, Zinc 26,6, Copper 16, Manganese 40, S 228, Flourine 16,5, Iodine 0,07, Cobalt 3,3, Selenium 0,86.
Ultra Spur is well known as it contains 30 rare ultra-trace-elements for dogs. These include 14 of so called lanthanoide, also known as “rare earths“. These “rare-earths” have a positive effect on joints, bone structure and vitality. A study in Denmark in 1995, performed on Alsatians, Newfoundlanders and Labradors, confirmed these results. These breeds are often prone to hip dysplasia (HD). Ultra-Spur is obtained from coal that is millions of years old, with added glucose to improve the taste.
Ultra-Spur’s recommended feeding guide:
1–2 g for every 5 kg body weight/day.
