Delivery in Germany
As a general rule, goods shall only be delivered in Germany. The delivery period
is normally 3 weekdays. With regard to delivery periods that may vary from this
period shall we refer to the respective product page.
If the ordered product is not available for delivery in good time because our
suppliers have failed to provide us with the respective product, we shall inform
you without delay.
Deliveries abroad In the case of deliveries outside Germany, customs law or tax
law restrictions or reasons often prevent us from supplying various goods and
brands of our entire shipping programme to all countries, for example country-
specific price fixing in respect of printed material or territory protection.
Payment Payment may be effected either in advance or by C.O.D., credit card,
direct debit or on account.
If advance payment is chosen, we shall state our bank details in the
confirmation of order, and deliver the goods following receipt of payment. |
