remove the products from the shopping basket at any time by clicking on the
[DELETE] button. If you decide to purchase the products in the shopping basket,
click on the [BUY] button. You will then be asked to provide your personal data,
select the payment method and confirm that you have taken note of the customer
information. You can stop the order process at any time, or complete it by
clicking on the [PLACE ORDER] button.


Conclusion of contract

German is deemed the contractual language. The presentation of products in the
online shop does not constitute any legally binding offer, but rather represents
a non-binding online catalogue. After entering your personal data, and by
clicking on the [Continue] button in the following step of the order process,
you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping basket.
Confirmation of receipt of the order shall be provided directly once the order
is sent. The contract of purchase is brought about by way of our confirmation of
order or delivery of the goods.


Storing the contract text

The contract text shall be stored. You can view the General Terms and Conditions
of Business at any time on this website, and store them on your PC. The specific
order data and the General Terms and Conditions of Business shall also be sent
to you by e-mail, and can be viewed in the login area upon registration.


Prices

The prices are final prices and contain the statutory value added tax, currently
at 19%. Further details are available on the product pages.


Shipping costs

The shipping costs depend on the quantity of ordered goods and the shipping
method. You will be informed of these details in plain terms prior to placing
your binding order.


Payment methods

The invoice amount can be paid in advance, by direct debit, credit card
(Mastercard or Visa), C.O.D. or on account. For further details (e.g. time of
payment) see the respective payment method.


Delivery

Goods are delivered in Germany only. For details of the likely delivery period,
please see the product description. If no details are stated there, the goods
shall be delivered within 30 days following receipt of the order.


Right of rescission

You may withdraw your contractual declaration within two weeks in text form
(e.g. by letter, fax or e-mail to info@masterhorse.de) or by returning the goods
unless you have you acted in your occupational capacity as a commercial or self-
employed person (orders placed be entrepreneurs). The period shall commence at
the earliest upon receipt of the goods and comprehensive information in text
form. Sending the cancellation in good time shall suffice in order to comply
with the cancellation period. The cancellation is to be sent to: MASTERHORSE

Consequences of cancellation

In the event of a valid cancellation, the services received by both parties are
to be returned and benefits, where applicable (e.g. interest) are to be
surrendered. If you are unable wholly or partially to return the received
services, or merely in a poorer condition, you shall insofar be required to
compensate us. In the case of surrendering items, this does not apply if the
deterioration of the goods is exclusively attributable to a check of such goods
which, for example, would have been available to you in a retail store. In other
respects, you can avoid providing compensation by not using the item as your
personal property, and avoiding any action that may have a detrimental effect on
its value. Items that are suitable for shipment by parcel are to be returned.
Items that are not suitable for shipment by parcel will be collected from your
premises. You shall be required to carry the cost of returning the goods if the
delivered goods correspond with the ordered goods and if the price of the
returned item does not exceed € 40 or in the case of a higher price you have not
paid the consideration, or a partial payment as per agreement, at the time of
the cancellation. You must honour obligations to compensate payments within 30
days from sending the cancellation declaration. The right of rescission does not
apply to * goods manufactured according to customer specifics or those that are
clearly geared towards the customer’s personal requirements or those that are
not suitable for return due to their quality or which may perish quickly or
whose best before date has expired, * audio or video recordings or software
